A group of international bankers sit in a room and decide which of their monkeys they will put in the race for the next election. It works identically to the British system in reality. Leaders are selected, rather than elected.

A great clip. I wish I had have seen it 5 minutes ago though. I just got done trying to explain the same thing the clip was, in an email to someone who had asked me what happened! It would have saved me a lot of typing to just have emailed that clip.
