ADSL 2+ Telephone Lines for Stream?

I noticed just now that effective Oct 1, Stream has come up with new tariff plans.. including a 20 MB bezlimitny plan.. but notes that for these plans, a telephone line that supports ADSL 2+ is necessary

So.. which telephone lines support ADSL 2+? Do the standard MGTS lines support it? If not, can we activate it?

I think that Stream can use simple (any) telephone nets!!!! For more qualified informations call (8495) 925-66-66 - it is a technical support of Stream!
