I graduated Georgian Technical University twice;first time mechanics-
machine construction faculty in 1984 and got the degree of mechanical
engineer, second time economic and business relation faculty in 1992
and got the degree of manager
Work experience
I was mechanical engineer in metalconstructions factory of Rustavi
in 1984-1988.Then I was safety officer of crane lifting in 1988-1990.
I was a fire fighting and safety engineer in autosparepart center of
Rustavi in 1990-1997.
I was an HSE supervisor in Australian oil company ,,McConnell Dowel''
at the international oil pipeline Baku-Supsa(Azerbaijan-Georgia)
construction in 1997-1999.
I was car and real estate selling office manager in hotel ,,Rustavi''
in1999-2003.
I was an HSE manager of Georgian International Oil Corporation at
the international oil pipeline Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan(Azerbaijan-Georgia-
Turkey) pump station#2 construction in 2003-2005.While this project

Presently I hold the position of Senior Manager. I am a certified
auditor for International Safety Rating Systems (ISRS), Safety Trainer

Investigation, Safety Job Analysis etc. I am also an expert in designing
and implementing Work permits. I hold a degree in mech.engineering.
