13000 is for rent (amenities are included but electricity, Internet, landline) and abt 1000 for the rest. No deposit, but you have to warn us abt you move out in one month before. There is a flat between Kuzminki and Ryazansky prospect stations. There are a lot of shops on a way - not a problem to fill a fridge. There are all need amenities inside but microwave and dishwasher. Everything works still. Conditions are average. Room is ok enough, kitchen, bath and toilet have old repairment.
The flat is on 6th floor. The room is engaged until 10-20th of December but it is possible to check it now. |
