Question:

Can you suggest anything for My teeth are generally in good condition, but the enamel has been very tender on the upper part of one side of my jaw. Why could have caused it and what can I do to reduce enamel tenderness? Creams, foods, etc... Thanks in advance.

Sorry, but I am not sure if I do understand you right. Enamel as you describe has no nerves and therefore can't give any sensations. However, if the teeth feel tender by biting on them or specially in the morning, than a Mouthguard would help you. If the feeling continues, please have a visit at the dental office to figure out the source of it! Best regards, VG
