Dear Graham,
Since I don't know which teeth and therefore how many root canals are needed and how many crowns exactly, I may just give you the prices for the single procedures:
A single tooth Implant costs 1300,- Euros, crowns are 650,- and rootcanals are depending of the amount of canals, 380,- to 520,-.
A more detailed treatment plan is available after brief examination and panorama xray!
