| How often should one have a check-up? Why have my teeth turned yellow during my stay in Russia? Can I reverse this?

| A check up is recommended every 6 month! As for the yellow color of the teeth there are two options, first a professional hygiene by the Dentist or Hygienist and if that is not effective enough, a teeth bleeching can be done which is changing the teethcolor to more bright. V.G.
