Dear Gresha,
Thank you for your recent email and I would be delighted to assist you with your enquiry!
Pokrovsky Hills is the closest residential compound to the Anglo American School which comprises of town houses. There is currently availability within the development and 4 bedroom townhouses are being marketed for between $16,000 and $17,000 per month (although there is room for negotiation). 3 bedroom townhouses are being marketed at between $9,000 and $15,000 per month with 5 bedroom houses being priced at circa $20,000 per month. The houses range in size from 160 sq.m to 340 sq.m (4 beds between 215 -220 sq.m).
There are several other options that you may wish to consider that are very popular with families whose children are at the AAS, for example, there is a very popular apartment complex (a similar distance from the AAS as Pokrovsky Hills) on Bergovaya, Ivankovkskoe shosse 5. Rosinka, Serebryanny Bor and Godunovo are also very popular housing developments, each are approximately a 30 minute drive from the AAS.
