| I will be moving to Moscow in June 2012 and I would be interested renting a house in Rosinka or Angelovo. I have checked in internet but there are no prices given on their webpage. What are the rental prices in this two places?

Rosinka and Angelovo compounds are the most popular compounds among expatriates in Moscow. Especially it is popular among expatriates with families. Children of Rosinka and Angelovo have opportunity to go to the British International School (situates on the territory of Rosinka compound) and to the Anglo-American School (every day bus from Rosinka to the Anglo-American School and back).
Prices:
- middle prices for rent at Rosinka are $11500-15500;
- middle prices for rent at Angelovo are $8000-13000.
The best time for you to start searching for townhouses there is thre end of April and the beginning of May, because townhouses that are free now can be occupied till May and townhouses that are occupied now can be free in May.
