1.2. The function of Expat.ru is to present this service of ordering invitations online. Please, note, that Expat.ru does NOT issue visa invitations.
1.3. The function of the agency is to process invitation requests, to process the payments, and to issue the invitations.
1.4. After you submit the application form for an invitation, you will work with the agency. The agency will provide you with all the necessary information, the payment will be made to the agency, the agency will send you the invitation. 2. THE ORDER PROCESS:

2.2. The agency provides all services according to its price list valid on the day of accepting the customer's order.
2.3. Prepayment is required for every order.
2.4. Once the order is accepted and paid by the customer, a specified fee is to be paid for any changes in and / or cancellation of the order.
