Dear Shabir,
You'll need to register your visa within 3 working days upon your arrival in Russia. If you stay in a hotel, the hotel will provide you with registration for a period of your stay. After you move to flat, the company inviting you (I guess it's your Russian employer) will have to register your visa in this flat. So you may contact them about the process. As for arrival/departure cards - the arrival card will be taken from you on arrival to Moscow by immigration officer and Departure card will be taken when you leave. In case of multiple trips you could make a few copies of these cards. Please do not forget to obtain the migration card, and make sure it's stamped at the airport's passport control.
Have a nice trip to Russia! |
