  • You can choose to pay online with a credit card (for immediate processing), or pay later with a bank transfer, money order, cash, or credit card over the telephone or fax. In case you choose to pay later, the visa support company representative will contact you to confirm your order and arrange the payment.
  • After you submit the form, your details will be forwarded to our partner travel company, which is registered with the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and they will start the processing.
  • Once your application is processed, all the necessary visa support documents and instructions will be sent to you via the e-mail and / or fax that you specify in this form.
  • You will be provided with your own unique order reference number and personal manager in case you have any questions about your order
  • All invitations will be processed through the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. The official invitation will be faxed or mailed to you by our partner agency.
  • Documents received before 9 am will have same-day processing. Anything received after 9 am will be processed on the next working day
  • To obtain your visa, present the invitation and accommodation voucher to a Russian Russian Consulates Worldwide
